Your coaching calls with Gentry are designed for accountability, guidance, and support, in an efficient, sustainable way. After each call, you will have the focus and clarity to take action.
You can bring any topics for discussion, problem-solve in real-time, brainstorm, and discuss what action you took. These sessions are a safe place to debrief and get vulnerable but also to help point out blind spots or limitations you may need to work on. There is no tough love, but there is accountability.
Your membership includes a monthly 60 minute session to plan for the next 30 days plus two 30 minute follow up calls. Use them when you need them. But if you don’t use them, you lose them. (Here’s why.)

So, how do you go from aspiring dreamer to achieving your dreams?
Once we know where you're starting from, we have to get hyper focused on where you are trying to go. We create a vision for your dream, including the outcomes you hope to see once it's launched.
Your vision informs the roadmap. Without it, you can easily wander off the path and forget where you're trying to go. This also includes establishing your values which will help in decision making along the way.
Along with vision, we get clear on what success means to you. We don't look at success in terms of what others might think, we look at in terms of what it means to you.

Once you’ve joined the coaching program, you’ll have access to a private coaching portal. In the portal, you can schedule your bonus Strategy session with Gentry, as well as your ongoing 1:1 coaching sessions. This is a self-guided coaching program, which means you are responsible for scheduling the calls. You have a total of one 60-minute call plus one 30-minute follow up coaching calls a month. You can use them whenever you want, but if you don’t use them within the month, you will lose them. (Here’s Why.)
There is a three-month minimum commitment to ensure you have the time and ability to start implementing the strategy. Chasing your dreams takes time!
The monthly coaching sessions are 60 minutes long. The follow up coaching call is 30 minutes or less. And yes, they are on Zoom. Gentry records them and puts them in your coaching portal so you can go back and rewatch them if needed. Your initial strategy session is a full 60 minutes and is considered separate from your two monthly calls.
When you join, you’ll a, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month plan. If you decide to cancel within the first thirty days of any plan and have not had any coaching calls, we will refund you the total amount. However, if you have had at least one coaching call within the first thirty days, we will not refund you for that month, but we will refund you a prorated amount based on how many remaining months you have. If you cancel anytime after thirty days, we will refund you a prorated monthly amount based on the number of months remaining, not including the month you cancel within. Probably not. The point of this particular 1:1 coaching is to help you clarify, plan, and launch your dream or idea. That doesn’t mean you have it all figured out or know what you want it to look exactly like. You may not quite understand what specific outcomes you desire or if the idea is viable. We can work with all of that. But if you don’t have any specific idea of what you want to do, this won’t be the best fit for you. You’ll want to figure that out before joining to ensure you get the best results.
We do this because we want you to be committed to making progress, and it’s too easy to procrastinate. By committing to attend all the sessions every month, you’ll have an easier time achieving your goals. But if there isn’t some motivating factor to get them scheduled, it would be too easy to put it off for another day. Or another month. You’re investing in yourself and your dream and we don’t want that money to go to waste. So, use them or lose them!
However, we do know life happens. Things like vacations, family emergencies, and more get in the way.
