Our refund policy is meant to incentivize you to take action. Here’s how our refunds work:
Digital Products
There is no refund on digital products. All sales are final.
Virtual/In-Person Consultations
For consultations, we will refund you the full amount of the consultation if you cancel up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, refunds are at the discretion of Gentry Co. LLC.
1:1 Coaching Containers
Regardless of which option you choose (3 month, 6 month, 12 month), if you decide to cancel within the first thirty days of any plan and have not had any strategy or coaching sessions, we will refund you the total amount. No questions asked.
However, if you have had at least one strategy or coaching session within the first thirty days, we will not refund you for that month. You will receive a prorated amount refunded based on the number of months remaining, not including the month you cancel. The same applies if you cancel anytime after thirty days. We will refund you a prorated monthly amount based on the number of months remaining, not including the month you cancel.
Here’s how this looks:
You join on January 1, have a coaching session on the 15th, and cancel on January 23rd. You will not be refunded for January but will be refunded for any months remaining in your plan. (For instance, February and March if you were on the 3-Month Plan or February - December if you were on the 12-month plan.)
Any of your two coaching sessions that you do not use within each month are lost.
We do this because we want you to be committed to making progress, and it’s too easy to procrastinate. By committing to two sessions every month, you’ll have an easier time achieving your goals. But if there isn’t some motivating factor to get them scheduled, it would be too easy to put it off for another day. Or another month. You’re investing in yourself and your dream and we don’t want that money to go to waste. So, use them or lose them!
However, we do know life happens. Things like vacations, family emergencies, and more get in the way. If that happens, please let Gentry know or reach out to us at hello@gentrylusby.com so we can discuss having them applied to future months. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and not a guaranteed refund.
