When did we become obsessed with happiness? (Or, in my case, peace?)
This question kept popping up in my head as I was working through the idea of resilience for this episode, so I paid attention and pulled it apart to see what this question was trying to communicate.
It turns out that happiness (or peace) comes when we stop obsessing over them and start obsessing over our resilience to overcome obstacles. So let’s talk about that!
